Material Introduction: LLDPE Zhenhai Refining & Chemical DFDC‑7050H is film‑grade linear low‑density polyethylene, similar to DFDC‑7050. It is widely used in film manufacturing with good mechanical properties, excellent environmental‑stress‑crack‑resistance and high transparency.

Blown‑Film Processing
For film extrusion blow‑molding, temperature, pressure and other parameters shall be optimized according to equipment, film thickness and performance requirements. Typical LLDPE blown‑film temperature range: 150‑210 ℃.
LLDPE features low shear sensitivity and maintains higher viscosity under extrusion shear, so it is more difficult to process than LDPE of the same MFR. The extruder may require higher power, higher melt temperature and pressure; die gap may need to be widened. LLDPE bubble stability is inferior to LDPE, dual‑lip air ring is recommended to improve cooling and bubble stability.
